Beautiful Home to Rent in Las Americas

A wonderful 4 bedroom property to rent in Las Americas, Tenerife. Excellent central location right next to the golden sand beach!! The home features a bright well-designed interior with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. Living area includes cosy sofas with TV and a dining area. In total there are 4 comfortable bedrooms that include fans and the house can sleep up to 9 guests!

Step outside onto your private terrace complete with sun loungers and outdoor dining perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sunshine. Perfect for families and groups.

Located on Compostela Beach complex guests can enjoy access to a communal heated pool along with a pool bar and on-site restaurants for easy dining. There are plenty of entertainment options including pool tables and ping pong as well as convenient amenities such as a supermarket. The pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers and parasols, creating a welcoming space to unwind throughout your stay.

Playa De Las Americas is one of the most popular tourist areas in Tenerife, all amenities are outside the complex including the well known music and light fountain and many shops, bars and restaurants.

Amazing. Beyond our expectations! As a large group ranging from 5 to 70 years old, we all thought this was a wonderful place to stay. The house was spacious, the host maintains the property in excellent condition, it has all the necessary amenities for a holiday home, outside private terrace with table & chairs, sun loungers and parasols. On-site facilities are great the Compostela Beach complex has a communal pool and sun loungers, the accommodation & complex had everything we needed to keep us and the kids happy. Location, Location, Location! very central adjacent to the beach, easy access to the frontline promenade path and to the bars, restaurants, shops on the golden mile. We would highly recommend it and we would definitely choose this place again, we love Tenerife
