Casa di Gio'represents an ideal destination for those who want a quiet holiday surrounded by nature. Its strategic position makes it perfect for trekking enthusiasts, thanks to the numerous trails of the Altavia of the Ligurian mountains that lead to picturesque views of the hinterland, such as lakes, waterfalls and shelters, ideal for picnics. The area also offers trails suitable for mountain biking, making the area suitable for various outdoor sports. For golf lovers, the S. Anna Golf Club is located in the immediate vicinity. In addition, the beaches are about a kilometer and a half away, offering opportunities for relaxing days at the beach, making this location versatile and complete for different vacation preferences. Also suitable for families and groups of friends.
THE SPACE
To access the property, you use a path that starts from the parking space located in the courtyard adjacent to the house, climbing some easily accessible steps. Continuing along the outdoor path, you reach an enchanting furnished garden, ideal for spending moments of relaxation and conviviality outdoors, in a quiet and well-kept environment .
Inside, the house has a cozy entrance/living room, furnished with a French-style sofa bed and a television equipped with a remote control, offering comfort and functionality. The dining area consists of a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals independently. The spacious and functional bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine, ensuring convenience during your stay. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, both carefully furnished to ensure a comfortable rest. The house can therefore accommodate up to 5 people .
