Description: First floor with elevator. Living room with kitchenette equipped with Nespresso coffee machine and electric oven, double sofa bed and dining table - bedroom with double bed - bathroom with shower - terrace with sea view.
Completing the package: washing machine - Wi-Fi - air conditioning in the living area and bedroom - private and reserved parking space.
Shared swimming pool with sea view available to guests (from June 1 to September 13).
Included in the price is a beach umbrella and two lounge chairs reserved at the Spiaggiola beach club.
