This lovely house is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. As you step into the ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a bright open-plan living area, where a sleek leather sofa and a smart TV invite you to relax after a day of exploring.

The space also features a modern kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare your meals. A dining area sits alongside, perfect for enjoying meals together. On this floor, you will also find a convenient half-bathroom and a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and ample storage.

Step outside to a small terrace with a built-in BBQ, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals in a relaxed setting.

Upstairs, the house offers two additional bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed to ensure restful nights. All beds come with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

Lastly, the shared bathroom features a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

A true highlight of the home is the spacious rooftop terrace, offering panoramic views and a peaceful atmosphere. It is the perfect spot for sunbathing on the loungers or simply enjoying the surroundings.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A charming and peaceful house in Marinhas, near Esposende, set in a quiet coastal area surrounded by nature. Guests can enjoy nearby beaches such as Praia de Cepães and Praia de Suave Mar, perfect for relaxing, surfing, and seaside walks.

The area also offers access to the scenic Northern Littoral Natural Park, with cycling paths, dunes, and river landscapes. Close to the town of Esposende, guests will find local restaurants, cafés, and markets. Ideal for a relaxing getaway combining beach, nature, and fresh Atlantic air.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Esposende (nearest rail access via Fão / Barcelos – Linha do Minho), is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, offering connections to Porto (Campanhã / São Bento) and other northern destinations.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is about a 35–40 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
