The Space:

The apartment offers a comfortable and practical space for up to 2 guests. It features one bedroom, one private bathroom, a welcoming living area and an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and the essential utensils needed during your stay.



Guests can also enjoy a private terrace with views of Mount Teide, free Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, iron and lift access. The building has a communal outdoor swimming pool, shared with other residents and guests.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment and its private terrace. They may also enjoy the building’s communal outdoor swimming pool, which is shared with other residents and guests.



Before arrival, we will send all the necessary self check-in information and instructions for accessing the accommodation.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in Puerto de la Cruz, close to Playa Jardín and within easy reach of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shops and everyday services. The area combines a relaxed coastal atmosphere with convenient access to the town centre.



Guests can enjoy walks by the sea, discover the historic streets of Puerto de la Cruz and explore some of the most popular places in northern Tenerife.



Getting Around:

Playa Jardín, restaurants, cafés, shops and local services can be reached on foot from the apartment. Public transport and taxi services are also available in the surrounding area.



The accommodation does not currently include a usable parking space. Please do not enter the building’s garage with your vehicle, as you may not be able to open the exit afterwards. We recommend using public street parking in the surrounding area, subject to availability, or a paid public car park elsewhere in Puerto de la Cruz.



Other Things to Note:

The swimming pool is communal and shared with other residents and guests of the building 🏊. Please follow the community rules and any applicable opening hours, and use the shared areas responsibly.



The building’s garage is not available for guests 🚗. Please do not enter it with your vehicle, as you may not be able to open the exit afterwards.



Public parking is available on the surrounding streets, subject to availability. Parking spaces cannot be reserved or guaranteed, so we recommend allowing a little extra time to find a space during busy periods.



The nearby natural swimming pools and bathing areas are public 🌊, and access may occasionally depend on sea and weather conditions. Please follow the local signage and any instructions provided by lifeguards or local authorities.



Parties and events are not permitted, pets are not accepted and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please respect the tranquillity of the neighbours, particularly at night, and take care of the building’s communal areas 😊.



Interaction with Guests:

Before your arrival, you will receive a message with all the information needed for a smooth self check-in, including the instructions and code for the lockbox. During your stay, the REVIVA Canarias team will be available through the booking platform to answer any questions and assist you if needed.
