Just a few steps from the sea, set back slightly, lies the single-story holiday home on a 1,600 sq m enclosed, quiet garden/dune plot. The furnishings are modern, and the rooms are bright and spacious.

The municipality of Santec boasts 17 kilometers of coastline, 14 km of which are beach.

The largest beach, Le Dossen, lies opposite the island of Sieck and offers 1.5 km of fine sand. Surfers, in particular, will find ideal conditions here. Joggers also enjoy racing each other with land yachts. Dossen beach is the only beach in this region that faces west, so you can experience a beautiful sunset over the sea! At low tide, the island of Sieck is accessible on foot. It is privately owned, but walkers can stroll along its shoreline (a 2 km loop). From the island, you have a magnificent view of the entire coastal region, from the island of Batz to Cléder.

In the immediate vicinity are the popular port and spa town of Roscoff, known for its thalassotherapy center, beautiful harbor promenade, fish auction, exotic garden, and casino. A visit to the car-free island of Batz, with its uniquely mild microclimate and exceptional flora, is also highly recommended.
