## Space

Morning light comes in from the south, across the balcony and into the living room, where the day starts and ends. The apartment is on the second floor of a quiet complex in Iberlagos, a few streets back from the cliffs.

Both bedrooms are on the right as you enter. The main one has a double bed, the second two singles, sharing a recently renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. Further along, the living and dining area opens up: a large corner sofa, a television, air conditioning for summer and heaters for winter. The bedrooms have fans rather than air conditioning. The kitchen is separate and well equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine.

Sliding doors lead onto the south-facing balcony, where sun loungers and a dining table look towards the sea. Downstairs is an unheated pool shared with the complex, also facing the sea.

➤ Families and couples fit well here. The complex is residential with owners on site, so parties are not possible.
➤ The apartment sleeps four. The sofa has a sleeper section but is not offered as a fifth bed.
➤ No pets. The apartment and grounds are non-smoking, inside and out.

We speak all major European languages and are available 7 days a week during 08:00 to 22:00 to personally assist you throughout your stay.

Seven days before arrival, you'll receive a link to your personal Rental Valley guide with everything you need: check-in instructions, the location and code of your keybox, and all important details about the property.

## Neighborhood

Lagos is a coastal town in the western Algarve known for its cliffs, golden beaches and a lively old town of cafes and restaurants. Guests come for the sea grottos, kayaking, surfing and hiking, or simply the beach and the evening passeio.

The complex sits on the southern, cliff side edge of town. Praia Dona Ana is five minutes downhill on foot, Praia da Batata and the old town a ten to fifteen minute walk north. A SPAR supermarket is five minutes away, and the clifftop path to Ponta da Piedade starts close by.

## Transit

Faro airport is an hour and fifteen by car, Lisbon two hours forty five, Sagres half an hour. Lagos train and bus station is 2 km away. The old town and nearest beaches are walkable, but a car opens up far more of the coastline.

## Notes

➤ Check-in from 16:00. Keybox at the property; code in your Rental Valley guide (sent 7 days before arrival). Early check-in is subject to same-day availability, contact us on arrival day to check, though this is limited in peak season. Arrivals after 22:00 are at the guest's own risk as our support line will be closed.
➤ Check-out by 10:00. Late check-out is subject to next-day availability, contact us the day before departure to check. Limited in peak season.

ℹ BUILDING WORKS. The condominium is having restoration work done on the building exterior, paused until 15 September 2026 and scheduled to finish in early December. Expect noise on weekdays during working hours, moving around the building day to day. Evenings and weekends are unaffected, and no work
takes place inside the apartment.

ℹ AIMA REQUIREMENTS. By law, Portuguese property owners must report guest details to the immigration authorities (AIMA). We collect these securely via your Rental Valley guide, sent one week before arrival. Please ensure all details are submitted before your arrival date.
