Step inside this inviting two-floor home where modern convenience meets cozy living. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright open-plan living and dining area, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals together.

The space also features a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher—ideal for preparing family meals. A convenient laundry area with both a washing machine and dryer is also available, making longer stays even more comfortable.

Upstairs, the house offers three comfortable bedrooms. Two feature double beds, while the third includes two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends. Large windows fill the rooms with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The property includes three bathrooms for added convenience. On the upper floor, one bathroom features a relaxing bathtub, while the other includes a refreshing shower. An additional bathroom with a shower is located on the ground floor. Fresh towels are provided for your stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A modern and comfortable apartment in Ponta Delgada, ideally located near the historic city center. Guests can easily explore Portas da Cidade, stroll along the marina, visit Mercado da Graça, and relax in the António Borges Garden.

The area is filled with cafés, restaurants, and local shops, while nearby coastal spots and natural swimming areas offer great opportunities to enjoy the ocean. With easy access to the island’s volcanic landscapes, lagoons, and viewpoints, it’s an ideal base for discovering the beauty of São Miguel.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

There is no train station in Ponta Delgada or São Miguel Island, as public transport is mainly provided by buses, with stops located within a short walking distance (2–5 minutes) from the property, offering connections across the city and surrounding areas.

Ponta Delgada – João Paulo II Airport (PDL) is approximately a 5–10 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
