"Balcon des Alpes 24" is a beautifully renovated 4-room maisonette vacation rental spanning 119 m2 across 2 levels, located on the 4th floor of the building. Fully renovated in 2024 and furnished with a comfortable and tasteful aesthetic, this property accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

On the main floor, the living and dining area forms the heart of the home, featuring an open-hearth fireplace used for decorative purposes and a television. This space opens onto a west-facing balcony, offering stunning views of the mountains and the valley. A first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to an east-facing balcony. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. A bathroom with WC completes the main floor.

The upper floor is accessed via a steep staircase and features an open gallery area. This level houses 2 additional bedrooms, each with sloping ceilings and each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A shower room with WC serves this floor. Throughout the property, parquet floors add a warm and refined character. Both balconies, one west-facing and one east-facing, are furnished and offer exceptional views of the surrounding mountains and valley.
