Lavengro is a generous, light‑filled countryside retreat designed for families and friends looking for space to relax, reconnect and enjoy the best of Suffolk and the Broads.



The heart of the home is the bright, open-plan living and dining area, where vaulted ceilings and large windows create a light-filled, airy space to relax and unwind. Sink into the cosy seating after a day of exploring or gather around the dining table for a meal with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a stress-free stay, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a hearty evening dinner.



Each of the five bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed to offer a restful night’s sleep, with three benefiting from private ensuites for added convenience and a touch of luxury. The additional bathrooms ensure there’s no need to queue, even for larger groups.



Set within a peaceful countryside setting overlooking Oulton Broad water, with private bank access Lavengro is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy quality time together. While visitors would be using the waterfront at their own risk, it is the perfect spot for guests to launch their own paddleboard and water equipment. Fishing is also popular in this part of the broad.

The Neighborhood:

Lavengro is set in the peaceful waterside area of Oulton Broad, within the Broads National Park. Oulton Broad is known for its marina, boating, and relaxed riverside walks. The picturesque neighbourhood offers a calm residential feel while still being within easy reach of local shops, cafés, and seaside amenities.



Lowestoft’s award-winning South Beach and the historic town centre are just a short distance away, offering traditional seaside charm, sandy stretches, and a selection of pubs and restaurants. The wider area is known for its coastal scenery, nature reserves, and easy access to the Broads National Park.



Southwold and other popular beaches and villages are within a 25mins drive.



Getting Around:

The location is best explored by car, with convenient road links connecting you to surrounding coastal towns and countryside spots. Parking is generally available locally, making day trips simple and flexible.

Lowestoft train station is a short drive away and sits on the East Suffolk Line, providing direct connections to Ipswich, Norwich, and onward links to London. Oulton Broad has two train stations. Oulton Broad North is a 20 mins walk, 5 min drive from Lavengro. There are reliable and reasonable taxi firms that can be recommended.

Local buses operate regularly between Lowestoft, Oulton Broad, and nearby coastal villages, offering an alternative for shorter journeys.

For wider exploring, a car is recommended to fully enjoy the beaches, Broads waterways, and surrounding Suffolk coastline at your own pace.
