The flat felt like a home away from home. Very clean and comfortable with a quiet balcony. As a first time vacation renter, I didn’t know what to expect but I found myself never in need of anything. The flat was well stocked with paper products and cleaning supplies and everything I needed for cooking. The flat is within walking distance of 2 grocers, a pharmacy, local shops, pubs and public transport. It is a short drive to the coast. Communication with the host was easy and replies were prompt. I look forward to staying here again.

A lovely and comfortable space that has really set the standard on our trip for an experience that truly feels like a home. After over a month of hotel rooms and studio spaces, we were so glad to finally feel the peace that can come with the ability to settle in somewhere and relax into something spacious and comforting, The great decor overall also added a fun and homey vibe. Everything was in excellent working order, the kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked. We booked our stay at the last minute, after another booking left us hanging for days and then cancelled on us (which lead to a stressful 24 hour period in which we had to figure everything out), and it was so wonderful to have this host communicate so well with us. We wanted to extend or visit in Suffolk, after spending a couple of weeks staying in Framlingham and, while we unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to explore Saxmundham much, this flat proved the perfect home base for day trips to Orford and Aldeburgh via car. Having a dedicated parking spot was also an important necessity. Would definitely stay again!
