Bedroom 1 - double room
The main bedroom is a cosy and characterful space featuring a velvet-headboard double bed dressed in fresh bed linen. Eclectic artwork and warm lamp lighting give the room a genuine sense of personality, and with the kitchenette and dining spot within easy reach, the whole space flows together naturally. Clothing storage and hangers are provided, and the room-darkening blinds ensure a restful night regardless of what time sunrise arrives.

Bedroom 2 - single room
The second bedroom is a bright, calm, and well-proportioned space finished in a soothing blue colour palette. With fresh bed linen, open shelving, and good natural light, it is ideally suited to a child or solo traveller and provides a comfortable, restful space of its own.

Kitchenette
The kitchenette is compact but genuinely well equipped for self-catering. Guests will find a microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, hot water kettle, and a full set of cooking basics, along with wine glasses, tea, coffee, and kitchen consumables to get you started. A sink, clothing storage, and hangers are also available. Whether you are warming up a meal or putting together a simple breakfast before heading out, everything you need is close at hand.

Bathroom - wet room
The bathroom is one of the most memorable features of the property. Finished in bold red with glamorous sparkle panels, mosaic floor tiles, and a walk-in shower, it is striking, stylish, and utterly unique. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided as standard.

Whether you are visiting for the seafront and its famous illuminations, the entertainment scene, or simply as a base for exploring the wider Lancashire and Fylde coast area, Blackpool has something for every type of guest.

Lovely little place benefits from excellent parking options, with free on-street parking available directly nearby as well as access to private parking for guests, making arrival and departure easy and stress-free for those travelling by car.

Pets
Guests wishing to bring a pet may do so free of charge. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted at any one time. Please confirm whether you are bringing any pets when completing your booking.


Booking Policy

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.


Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
