Step 1 — Find the lockbox

The lockbox is on Upper Gough St, in the gap between the apartment building and the church (BCEC), on the wall.
Step 2 — Enter the building
The entrance is 10 metres from the lockbox (52 Upper Gough St, Birmingham B1 1JL). Use the fob to open the gate, walk to the back, and open the door with the fob. The lift is on your right. 4th Floor, Apartment 40.
If you've booked early check-in, you're welcome from your confirmed time. Otherwise, standard check-in is from 3pm.
