Apartamento Vista Formosa PXO – With terrace

Apartamento Vista Formosa PXO is a spacious two-bedroom apartment in Porto Santo, ideal for families or groups up to six guests. It features one double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. There are two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower), a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, rear terrace with dining table, and a front patio. The apartment offers sea views and is just a 10-minute walk from Porto Santo’s sandy beach. All areas of the property are accessible to guests.

Located in a quiet area close to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and services, it’s perfect for relaxation and exploring the island. Transfers can be arranged, and car rentals are easily navigable.

All bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
