The cottage comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, each individually styled with soft furnishings, calming interiors and flexible sleeping arrangements ideal for families, couples or groups of friends. After days spent exploring nearby market towns of Richmond, Northallerton, Barnard Castle or, a little further away

Ripon, beautiful local historic venues or scenic walking trails, the bedrooms offer quiet spaces to fully switch off and rest.



The spacious family bathroom includes both a bath and separate shower, giving guests the perfect place to unwind after muddy walks, cycling routes or countryside adventures. The main bedroom has an ensuite for added privacy, and there’s an additional toilet near the entrance of the cottage. Being on one level and with wide-enough door frames, the house is

accessible for wheelchair users, although there are currently no adaptations in place.



Outside, the large private garden provides a peaceful setting for morning coffee, sunny afternoons and relaxed evenings in fresh Yorkshire air. Whether children are playing on the lawn, exploring the outdoor space or you're simply enjoying the calm village surroundings, the garden becomes part of the experience itself.

Before arrival, the lead guest completes a secure online check-in, including agreement to Guest T&Cs and submission of valid photo ID.



✓ Security deposit or damage waiver

Choose between a fully refundable £300 security deposit or a £25/night non-refundable damage waiver (capped at £110).



All steps are completed securely online prior to arrival.



Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at this property.



Smoking/vaping: Strictly no smoking indoors. A £1000 charge applies to cover deep cleaning and damage if evidence is found.



Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.



Quiet hours: This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
