The sleeping arrangements include a separate bedroom with a double bed and a dedicated sleeping area equipped with bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and a filter coffee maker. The unit also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer, a separate toilet, and a private balcony.

The residence offers convenient services including free outdoor parking and dedicated ski lockers. In the summer, guests can relax in the outdoor swimming pool or explore the nearby hiking trails at Col du Chioula and Plateau de Beille. For a cozy mountain evening, raclette and fondue sets can be borrowed from the reception.
