Discover the perfect alpine base in this 47 m² apartment, ideally located at 1850 meters in the heart of Orcières-Merlette. Situated just 250 meters from the slopes and 400 meters from the resort center, the residence features a large escalator at its foot to take you effortlessly to the ski area and local shops.

Designed for large families or groups of friends, the interior offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a television. The sleeping arrangements include two private bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a separate sleeping area with bunk beds. Some of these accommodations are designed as duplexes for added space. To cater to a full house, the kitchen is fully equipped with induction hobs, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The apartment also features two bathrooms with bathtubs and two toilets for maximum convenience.

During your stay, you can enjoy a variety of activities within the Ecrins National Park, from 100 km of ski runs in the winter to hiking and paragliding in the summer. The residence provides secure ski lockers and bike storage, and you can even borrow raclette or fondue sets from the reception for a traditional mountain dinner on your private balcony.
