Surrounded by pine forests and open spaces, the setting offers a calm and natural environment while remaining within cycling distance of the town centre. The Atlantic coastline is also within reach, adding a coastal dimension to the stay.

The apartment accommodates up to four guests and features a bedroom with a double bed alongside a living area with a pull-out sofa bed, dining space and television. The layout is practical and comfortable, suited for both short and extended stays. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, while the bathroom offers a bath or shower with WC. A terrace or balcony provides an outdoor extension.

Guests can make use of two heated swimming pools, including one covered, available from April to October depending on weather conditions. A sauna and hot tub are accessible by reservation, while the residence also offers a fitness room, multi-sports field and pétanque court. Wi-Fi is free at reception and within the accommodation at low speed, and free outdoor parking is available.
