📍Great Location:
The flat is located at Elphinstone Road, with the waterfront mere moments away. Take a leisurely stroll along the pier, go fishing, eat at the many restaurants along the esplanade, or take a swim and catch some sun on the rock beach. There is a Co-op about four minutes walk away where you can stock up on groceries and such, a gym (Pyramids) that offers day passes about a ten minute walk away. Highly recommend The Briny for high end dining, or the Southsea Beach Cafe if you’re craving something healthy. Truly one of the best areas in town, both for tourists to set about the historic sites, or locals looking for a few nights by the water.

The nearest train station is Portsmouth and Southsea or Fratton, both less than 10 minutes in a Car, about a 30 minute walk. There are many Bus stops nearby.

Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.
Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.

No Carbon Monoxide detector since the flat does not use gas.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following regulations:
Unauthorised early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.
Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150.
No parties or large groups allowed.
