On the calm waters of Holbæk Fjord, you will find this exclusive vacation home from 2021, where luxury meets nature. With a sauna, spa (all year round), and heated outdoor pool (May-September), the stage is set for total relaxation all year round.





The interior design of the house reflects Nordic minimalism, where natural materials and comfort go hand in hand. The well-thought-out floor plan creates a bright and airy space that invites quality time with the family.





The lush garden embraces the house and creates a private oasis where you can enjoy the tranquility and beautiful views of the fjord. The terrace is perfect for long summer days by the pool or cozy evenings under the stars.





The summer house is a short distance from the charming beach at Bognæs Forest with a bathing jetty and campfire site. Visit the atmospheric Hørby Færgekro for a gastronomic experience, or take a trip to Holbæk Harbor, where street food and maritime surroundings await.

Great location and excellent layout of both the rooms and common areas, including the annex and, not least, the outdoor spaces. A huge plus for the tasteful decor and the many lovely details, which fully lived up to our expectations based on the photos :) All facilities worked flawlessly exactly as described, and we especially enjoyed the sauna, the jacuzzi, and the pool between sauna sessions. Since we were traveling with teenagers, we were very keen on keeping their focus off screens, for example by playing board games in the evening. Unfortunately, the lack of lighting over the dining table and in the sofa area made it virtually impossible to read or play games once it got dark. We would definitely recommend that the owners find a solution to this, as it limits the cozy atmosphere after sunset. Other than that, the stay was absolutely fantastic! :)
