Vintage house with terrace on the Elba Island

This house is a haven where vintage design and nature meet. Transformed from a 1940s ruin, it offers panoramic spaces: a roof terrace with views of the sea and hills, a pergola with a hammock, and an outdoor shower. Each piece of furniture is unique, carefully chosen with a preference for reclaimed materials and wood.



The 50 m² house includes a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, a full bathroom, and a separate toilet. The living room has a sofa bed, smart TV, and ample space for clothes. A loft with access from the rear offers an additional sofa bed and wardrobe, perfect for families or groups of friends.



The outdoor spaces are the heart of the house. The large pergola on the ground floor has a sofa, a table for six people, and a hammock for relaxing. The house leads to a small patio with a barbecue and a panoramic terrace with large sofas. An exclusive parking space completes the property.



Seccheto is a three-minute walk away: the beach, bars, restaurants, and small supermarkets are within easy reach. The beautiful beaches of Cavoli and Fetovaia are 12 and 18 minutes' walk away respectively. Hiking trails start from the house towards Monte Capanne, which at 1000 meters offers spectacular views of the archipelago.
