Once you arrive in the courtyard of the complex in Via delle Mimose, you will find some free parking spaces available, to unload your luggage in total post-trip relaxation.

The apartment, located on the ground floor with an independent entrance and no stairs, allows easy access.

In front of the entrance door, on your left you will find the safe containing the keys.

After taking a few shots of the beautiful view of the staircase leading to the terrace overlooking the sea, you will enter the delightful open space.

A quick access panel to free WiFi will allow you to immediately feel at home.

The entrance opens immediately onto the dining table with 4 seats and onto the kitchen equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven and kettle.

Obviously there is no shortage of plates, cutlery, pots, coffee maker, salt, sugar and some single-dose sachets of oil and vinegar. For tea lovers, the house offers some sachets of infusions of various flavours.

The dining table looks directly onto the large window, with the possibility of sliding opening to have lunch or breakfast as if you were in an outdoor area.

A brand new mezzanine that divides the living area from the sleeping area, connected by a wooden ladder.

Downstairs, guests will find a first double sofa bed, placed in front of a FullHD High Definition SmartTV, which will fill the time of even the little ones, on cloudy days.

When evening comes, go up the stairs to find yourself in front of the very comfortable and particular futon double bed, with sea view!

Blankets, pillowcases, duvet and pillows will be at your disposal.

And when you are away from home? You are in Liguria, a region famous for its beautiful coasts and beaches, set in rocky coves where you can go for a swim or take unforgettable souvenir photos.

For football, tennis and sports enthusiasts, just a 6-minute walk from the apartment, in Via Agave, an equipped sports centre, including a bar and restaurant, is ready to welcome the most athletic of guests!

For those who love to have fun by frequenting a renowned venue where they can take a dip in the pool, enjoy an aperitif or stop to dance in the evening, the Orizzonte is just waiting for you. Easily reachable on foot.

You will find yourself just 2 minutes by car from the beaches of Baia del Corvo or if your passion is walking, you can take the fascinating Passeggiata Araba-Lungomare Europa in about 20 minutes and arrive at the Varazzini bathing establishments.

Just 40 minutes away we have Genoa with its famous Aquarium and the Cristoforo Colombo Airport.
