Modern family house close to beach and forest

Welcome to an intimate cottage where you can gather the family for quality time, whether it's in front of the crackling fireplace or under the stars. Here, modern conveniences are combined with a true cottage atmosphere, just 100 meters from the beach.

The well-appointed house features a cozy living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed, perfect for movie nights or board games around the dining table. Three separate bedrooms ensure privacy when you need it, and the loft has a PlayStation for the kids to enjoy.

The large terraces follow the sun all day long and invite you to relax on the sun loungers. The well-equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue and gas stove makes cooking a social event, while the outdoor shower with hot water pampers you after a day at the beach.

The house is within easy reach of the area's many attractions. Explore the local specialties at the harbor, enjoy a gourmet dinner at Restaurant Mundgodt or visit the charming wine bar Bertram. The area also offers exciting hiking routes in Mols Bjerge and cozy farm shops.

A lovely, small, functional vacation home—small but cozily furnished. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and conveniently close by. It’s really nice that the patio is so sheltered, since it gets warm there on a cool summer day☺️. However, it wasn’t as clean as expected. There was dust on the lamps and on top of the furniture, and I had to vacuum the beds to remove sand and pet hair. In the kitchen, we were missing some essential cooking utensils. There was no spatula, no whisk, and no paring knife, so we actually couldn’t cook in pots. We never figured out how to get hot water in the indoor shower, but we were able to get it working with the outdoor one.
