    Brilliant staff, and great value spot for a trip to Liverpool : Really convenient location to get into the city (right beside a Mersey Rail station, and close enough a taxi is very cheap). Really good value, clean and comfortable rooms. Most importantly staff were extremely friendly and helpful, letting me store luggage in advance and giving me and wife some great tips on where to go that evening. The pub attached to the hotel is also a very friendly place offering great value drinks. I didn't have breakfast but it looked great too! Good wifi in the rooms, very good showers and tvs with all usual apps. Highly recommend.

    Positive: Rooms are done nicely - booked a double but had a twin. Would have preferred a double as b

    : Rooms are done nicely - booked a double but had a twin. Would have preferred a double as beds were quite narrow and bouncy. Lovely pillows and duvet. Bathroom and shower were clean amd spacious. The window needed a wedge - it was stifling in the room so I used the bathroom vase which is not ideal. They are the old fashioned windows so would not stay up by themselves. The location is anywhere from £10-£50 by Uber depending on the time of day/night so it is not ideal if you are in Lpool One or Central or Lime Street. The key pad is digital - it took us a few goes to work out to place our palms at the top of the pad and it will reveal the keyboard.

We're sorry for the mix-up with the beds; we understand how important it is to have the right setup. For the window issue, we're currently looking into a solution to ensure it remains open safely.
