This duplex apartment is located on the third floor (accessible by elevator) and boasts a prime location for exploring the treasures of the Arab-Norman route on foot and enjoying the local nightlife, offering a bright, peaceful retreat.



The apartment spans two floors. Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a spacious living room with a double sofa bed; the fully equipped open kitchen is located in the same area. On the same floor, there is a bathroom with a shower. Ascending to the upper floor, you’ll find the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower. The real highlight of this level is the private terrace, a rare and precious outdoor space in the heart of the historic center, perfect for relaxing in complete privacy.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
