Welcome to a sunny, nice and stylish accommodation in a villa in the middle of the idyllic fishing village of Väjern, A very nice place to enjoy the best of northern Bohuslän, land and sea, from the villa it is only a few hundred meters down to boathouses, piers, salt water swimming, fishing or crab fishing. At the boathouses you can rent canoes, standup paddleboards and take part in the various islands and beaches in the surrounding area. In Väjern there is also Tumlaren, Sotenäs municipality's swimming and wellness facility with a large gym and indoor pool. The neighboring fishing villages of Kungshamn and Smögen with all their summer fun, shops and restaurants are easily reached by a short bus ride, bike ride or walk. The accommodation is well located for day trips to other charming coastal communities both to the north and south. The property is centrally located in a quiet villa area, from the upstairs balcony you get a nice overview of the community and a glimpse of the sea outside. The entrance is reached via the villa's patio area and once inside you are greeted by a welcoming hall that leads into an open, pleasant floor plan with an open kitchen with a kitchen island, stove, separate oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and high chair. Dining area with large dining table, TV corner with comfortable sofa and large TV. Bedroom with double bed, bathroom with underfloor heating and shower, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. From the hall, a staircase leads up to the second floor with a large bedroom divided into a part with a double bed and a part with a single bed, bathroom with bathtub and underfloor heating, large living room with comfortable sofas, TV and a sofa bed, from the living room you’ll reach a furnished balcony. On both sides of the entrance there are patio areas with both a seating area, lounge furniture and a grill, all so that you can enjoy a long, lovely breakfast or in the evening grill some delicious food, play a game or just enjoy summer and sun. The villa has fiber connection. On Sotenäset and in the surrounding area there are several fishing and stonemason communities with additional bathing areas as well as coastal paths and roads with views of the Bohuslän archipelago. In the surrounding area there are several nice and worth visiting archipelago communities such as Smögen with its now world-famous pier with bustling people, shops, restaurants and a variety of different boats. From Smögen you can then take the boat and visit the Hållö lighthouse or to the fishing community Kungshamn and continue to experience archipelago life and the archipelago environment. A nice choice for a day trip is a visit to Nordens Ark, a zoo where you can meet around 80 of the world's endangered animals. There you will have the opportunity to meet animals such as wolves, snow leopards or come face to face with the world's largest cat, the Amur tiger, in beautiful nature.
