Please note, this is a lived-in family home, not a show home. We share the property with two dogs and two cats—they will not be present during your stay. A deep clean is carried out between visits, but guests with allergies should be aware.

The house features five generous double bedrooms, including one with a Superking-size bed, dressing room, and ensuite bathroom. Four additional double/king bedrooms include one ensuite, along with a family bathroom. Filled with character and natural light, the home retains many traditional Victorian features while offering all the modern comforts needed for a memorable stay.

At the heart of the home is a large country-style kitchen, complete with a comfortable sofa area, oversized dining table, and a spacious kitchen island—perfect for long breakfasts, family dinners, and relaxed evenings together. Four separate reception rooms—a sitting room with log burner, snug, playroom, and dining room—provide flexible space for reading, films, games, or simply unwinding. A bright conservatory overlooks the gardens, offering a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening drinks amid the surrounding greenery. There is a boot room and laundry room.

Set on approximately 1.5 acres, Copper Beeches enjoys a private garden and adjoining field, ideal for children to explore, outdoor games, summer barbecues (large gas BBQ), or quiet moments in nature.
