Welcome to this modern beach house, located at the enchanting Frederiksdal Estate, where history meets the present. Enjoy a relaxing vacation surrounded by the plantation, water and fields of Skrædderbanken and wake up to the sight of the protected bird island close by.



Inside the house, you'll find a simple yet cozy interior where modern furniture meets classic artwork by the owners' mothers. The house has an open floor plan with a focus on creating a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for both relaxation and creative expression.



Outside, you can enjoy the private beach 400 meters away and the manicured surroundings, ideal for sunny days and relaxing evenings. The house is enveloped in the tranquility of nature but offers easy access to both hiking and cultural excursions.



Explore the area with a visit to Frederiksdal Winery, take a walk in Reventlowparken, or experience a boat trip on Nakskov Fjord. The area offers a perfect combination of nature, culture and history to ensure an unforgettable vacation.

The house was exactly as described. For some reason, I always assume that descriptions are a bit "embellished," but that wasn't the case here at all. It was exactly as shown in the photos, and I find it hard to believe that houses in this location still exist. The "seclusion" was very important to us. The nature surrounding the cottage was magnificent. So many animals, not a soul in sight, and the view—even first thing in the morning when we woke up—was simply magnificent. Plus, everything was so lovingly and cozily furnished that I truly felt at home (for the first time in a vacation home). Mette was so incredibly friendly, and we felt so welcome with our dog. I will definitely come back someday. Whether in winter, spring, or summer... This house is sure to be a highlight in every season! And by the way... the cherry wine and the welcome gift are simply unbelievably delicious!
