Heating. 2nd upper floor: (open staircase) living/dining room with dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony, to the patio. Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n Monticelli on the property (1 car), height 184 cm, width 240 cm. Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house. No lift. Access to the apartment is via an external staircase (20 steps) or through the garage.
