Description: first-floor apartment in a beachfront building with elevator. Entrance into the living room with kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, breakfast bar, double sofa bed, and TV – double bedroom – bathroom with shower box and washing machine. Air conditioning in both the living area and the sleeping area. Lovely furnished terrace with barbecue, table, and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. Private garage included (the garage access ramp has a maximum clearance height of 184 cm / 6 ft). Pets are not allowed.

- 24-hour on-site assistance
