You have 180 m² of bright space with large bay windows. The living room opens onto the terraces, the fully equipped kitchen gives access to a well-stocked pantry, and the dining room can seat up to 12 guests. Three comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, ensure peaceful nights. The air conditioning under the polished concrete floor maintains a pleasant temperature.



The 50 m² Douglas fir deck around the pool invites you to relax with deck chairs and garden furniture. You will also find a ping-pong table, a pétanque set, and aromatic herbs. Pets are welcome. Bicycles, pool equipment, and linens are provided for your comfort.
