Nestled on the edge of the picturesque village of Wistow and surrounded by private landscaped gardens, this spacious retreat (over 5,000 sq ft) offers breath-taking countryside views and a serene atmosphere—perfect for celebrations, corporate retreats, or simply a memorable getaway.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

- Seven bedrooms in total, each individually designed with boutique touches.
- Five upstairs bedrooms feature king or super king beds, all with en suite bathrooms.
- Two downstairs bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements with zip-and-link beds – one sleeps two guests, and the other is a family room for up to four.
- There are two further bathrooms and an additional separate toilet.
- Every bedroom includes luxury bed linen, fluffy towels, bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, full-length mirror and dressing table.

Dog-Friendly Stays

We love welcoming dogs at West Acre! Four well-behaved dogs are accepted with more upon request (£20 per dog per stay).
We kindly ask that dogs remain downstairs and off the beds. We also provide a dog welcome kit and warm outdoor washing area.

Families & Accessibility

Travelling with little ones? We’ve got you covered – from baby and toddler equipment to games for older children, helping make your stay (and packing) much easier.

We also have a detailed accessibility guide available on request for guests with accessibility requirements. Some of our accessible features include;
- All areas of the house and grounds accessible by level access, ramps or the lift
- Accessible bedroom (Hoi) has an accessible en-suite with walk in shower (ramp available for level entry), with grab rails and a shower chair if required. The toilet has grab rails, a pull down rail and a toilet seat riser if required. Room can also be reconfigured to give space to transfer onto the bed.

A Note on Noise & House Rules

- West Acre is tucked away in a peaceful, private location but does have neighbours, so we kindly ask for no outdoor noise after 10pm, and for windows to be kept closed after this time.
- We do not accept bookings for party-style events. For single-sex groups, a refundable security deposit may be requested – please contact us for details.
- Daytime visitors are welcome by prior arrangement, but overnight occupancy must not exceed your booking.
