Casa Celis 1 and 2 are two beautiful, traditional Piloñesa-style houses, both fully restored in 2012, located in Espinaréu (Espinaredo), 5 km from Infiesto, where you’ll find all the amenities you need. Espinaréu is currently the village in Asturias with the most hórreos, the oldest of which dates back to 1548. LAYOUT AND AMENITIES OF CASA CELIS 1:
The fully restored house consists of three floors accessed via a porch with an outdoor bench and a wood shed. Upon entering, you’ll find the spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen featuring all appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, Italian coffee maker, cookware, and tableware); then, going up the spiral staircase, you’ll find the first bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony, and next to it, a full bathroom with a shower and a top-loading washing machine. Continuing up the same staircase, you’ll find another double bedroom with a sloped ceiling, offering enough headroom to move around comfortably; adjacent to this room is another full bathroom with a shower. The entire house has free Wi-Fi, hot water, and heating for the colder months of the year. Pets are allowed upon request for a supplement of 5€ per pet per night (maximum of 2 pets) A crib is available upon request, subject to availability, for an additional charge of 5€ per night.
