Bright holiday flat on estate with nature views

In the midst of the picturesque landscape of the green Ammerland, on the city limits of Oldenburg, a modern vacation apartment awaits you on a historic Gerberhof dating from 1918. The apartment is flooded with light and offers a sweeping view of nature. In 2021, the owners of the farm have transformed the adjacent stables by their own work into two vacation apartments, each with its own entrance. With decoratively selected furniture, lots of light and natural materials, this place exudes an inviting living feeling.



On one level, the living space extends to about 55m2 and can accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two children. The open living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, as well as a small sofa corner with a view of nature thanks to the large panoramic windows. On rainy days you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa with a wool blanket and a book. For children, the sofa can be converted into a sleeping option in the evening. For infants, the hosts recommend bringing your own travel cot, which can easily fit in the living room. The bedroom is equipped with a 160x200cm box bed and a closet.



In summer, the large terrace invites you to have breakfast outside. Afterwards you can dive into the cool water at the nearby swimming pond or just let your feet dangle from the jetty. Bicycle tours in the countryside, beach days in Dangast and city strolls in the old town of Oldenburg are just a few activities you can do nearby.
