Cabin in the front row by the fjord in Hurum

This cabin is situated in a unique location right on the water. Listen to the waves while watching the boats and life on the fjord. The large front deck offers lovely sunshine from morning until afternoon, and when the sun goes down, you can enjoy it on the back deck with its outdoor fireplace and dining area. End the evening with a bonfire and marshmallows.



The cabin offers a charming atmosphere while providing modern comforts, including a bathroom, dishwasher, and a Cinderella toilet. The short distance to the water means you can take plenty of swims during a long summer day, while enjoying all your meals in the cabin. There is plenty of space around the cabin, with a lawn perfect for badminton or Kubb. The secluded setting creates a peaceful backdrop for your stay.



A beautiful nature reserve lies right outside the door, with many trails winding through the forest. The coastal path runs right below the cabin, allowing you to walk for miles along the Hurumland coast. The pebble beach is 75 meters away, and other beaches with shared swimming piers are a 5–10-minute walk away. A 20-minute walk takes you to Knatvoldstranda campground, which features a swimming beach, a kiosk, and a restaurant.



We have recently renovated the outdoor areas and the living room to make your stay even more comfortable. This means that the furniture may differ slightly from the photos. In front of the cabin, you will now find a lovely sofa set and four armchairs. We have also added new, comfortable armchairs inside—perfect for long evenings with a book.
