In the green Ammerland, on the city limits of Oldenburg, a modern vacation apartment with a sweeping view of nature awaits you on a Gerberhof farm built in 1918. The apartment was created in 2021 from the former stables after the owners renovated the farm themselves and breathed new life into it. There are a total of two apartments on the farm, each with its own entrance.
The approx. 55 m2 living space is on one level and can accommodate three adults or two adults and two children. The open-plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for up to four people. The large panoramic windows provide plenty of light and offer an uninterrupted view of the extensive garden. With a bit of luck, you can watch the deer that occasionally linger outside the windows. The sofa can be converted into a bed for children in the evening. The hosts recommend that small children bring their own travel cot.
The bedroom has a comfortable 160x200cm box bed and a large closet. In summer, the terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast outside. From here, you can walk to the natural swimming pond to let your feet dangle from the jetty or immerse your whole soul in the deep water. The proximity to the city, but also to the North Sea, offers you and your family a wide range of leisure activities. In the nearby North Sea resort of Dangast, you can enjoy long days on the beach or pop into the old Kurhaus for a slice of rhubarb pie.
