Charmning cottage at the edge of the Uckermark

Nestled in the heart of the Pomeranian countryside, on the edge of an idyllic village, is Sophie's spacious country house dating from 1912. Nestled in an impressive 5000 m2 natural property, it offers enough space for up to 7 adults and 1 small child. A loving restoration and the selection of high-quality interiors make this house something special. Antique farmhouse furniture tells stories of bygone times, while design classics bring in modern style.



The living space of over 185 m² is generously proportioned and comfortable. The old chicken coop has been integrated into the house and now functions as a living room, which invites you to spend long afternoons reading on the sofa with its wood-burning fireplace and large panoramic windows. On the first floor, you will also find a well-equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining room heated by a fireplace, a gallery with a work area and a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs there is another bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bedroom with a single bed. Here everyone will find their own retreat to sit back and relax.



The country house is surrounded by majestic trees and yet flooded with sunshine. Here you can spend your days sunbathing on the terrace or enjoying a slice of cake on the romantic overgrown veranda. On cold days, there is also a wood-heated barrel sauna with a large window overlooking the greenery.



The surrounding countryside is perfect for leisure activities. Take a canoe trip, dive into the cool waters of one of the surrounding bathing lakes or explore the large wild meadow and community forest nearby. For cultural excursions, visit Szczecin or Berlin, which is 1.5 hours away.
