70s style in Vorupør with fishing traditions

Here, you’ll be staying right in the heart of Thy National Park and Cold Hawaii, where you can experience absolutely stunning nature and one of Europe’s best windsurfing and kitesurfing spots.



The cottage is decorated in authentic retro style with bold 70s colors and great vintage finds. Inside, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms and a living room that invites you to gather and enjoy cozy moments in front of the wood-burning stove. In the fully equipped, yellow kitchen, you can prepare fish from the local fishmonger in Vorupør while enjoying the view of the enclosed garden. You can also cook in the outdoor kitchen on the terrace or prepare your meal over the fire pit.



The house is 3 km from the sea, where you can hop on a surfboard or take long walks along the coast. If you’re up for trying SUP for the first time, head to nearby Førby Lake, and if you prefer the land, miles of hiking await in the hilly landscape of Thys National Park, an impressive remnant of the Ice Age.
