The area offers many different activities such as cross-country skiing, alpine skiing and hiking. The nearest ski slope is just 8 minutes away, and there are several interesting museums along the artist's valley, such as Kittelsen's home and Skredsvig museum. There are also accommodation options in the Norwegian Tourist Association's cabins.



a 4-wheel drive or chain on the car is essential to get up the last part to the cabin in winter, and be aware that it is 50 meters from the parking lot down to the cabin.



Animals are allowed by appointment.
