It's a large, charming country house divided into three flats, set in a fantastic location near Lucca. There's a private fenced-in pool, panoramic views, Wi-Fi and a pizza oven. This stone house is divided into three separate flats. It's situated in a fantastic location in the hills, just 15 km north-east of Lucca. The area's unspoiled, with olive groves and vineyards, yet it's easily accessible, offering convenient access to Lucca and other points of interest in Tuscany. The owners have completely renovated the house in keeping with Tuscan tradition, preserving the exposed-beam ceilings and terracotta floors. At the same time, it's equipped with all modern amenities, such as satellite TV and a Blu-ray player.

The interiors are tastefully furnished in a typical Tuscan style. The villa's built on two floors, and the apartments sit on both the ground floor and the first floor, spread across different levels. The house is surrounded by a large garden, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own furnished outdoor area in the garden.



About 100 metres below the house, surrounded by olive trees, there's a beautiful swimming pool (7 x 14 metres, depth 1.20–2.50 metres; available from 12 April to 18 October), equipped with a salt-based disinfection system and fully fenced. Although the pool's fenced, children inside or near the pool must always be supervised by an adult.



Apartment 1 (first and second floors with loft) – 135 m² comprising: Entrance via an outdoor staircase, living/dining room (HD satellite TV and Blu-ray player), kitchenette, one bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with shower, one bedroom with a double bed, and another bathroom with shower. Washing machine. Mosquito nets on the beds. On the top floor there's a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a tub and shower. In the attic there are two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Because of the low ceiling, this bedroom's best suited for children or teenagers.



Apartment 2 (ground floor) – 90 m² consisting of: Living/dining room (HD satellite TV and Blu-ray) with a sofa bed, kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Washing machine. Mosquito nets on the beds.



Apartment 3 (two storeys) – 90 m² comprising: On the ground floor, a living/dining room (HD satellite TV and Blu-ray) and a kitchenette. On the upper floor, there's a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Washing machine. Mosquito nets on the beds.



The last 400 metres leading to the house are on a dirt road and aren't suitable for pushchairs or very low-clearance cars. On-site parking, heating and internet connection. Iron and ironing board, cot and high chair in each apartment.
