Granlygård was built in the early 1900s and has been lovingly renovated and rebuilt in recent years with respect for the history of the place - and with a focus on aesthetics, good materials and opportunities for play, community and development. The house has a functional and independent ground floor with three bedrooms and a large, beautiful living room with a lovely wood-burning stove to warm up by, a piano, cozy sofa groups to sit down in, dining area and a good kitchen where the skilled food enthusiast can create dining experiences that the family can gather around.



What's special about the house is that there are also two independent apartments on the first floor, so in total there are three independent apartments - the ground floor and two on the first floor, totaling 310 m2. Both first floor apartments have the most incredible views of Aarhus Bay and are brand new, each with their own bathroom, two bedrooms, loft and a large bright kitchen and living room with panoramic windows that elegantly invite nature inside. The interior design of the holiday home is personalized and inspired by the 70s combined with brand new elements such as the modern kitchens in a shade of blue.



Here you are located in the middle of one of Denmark's most beautiful natural areas. Helgenæs is located right in the middle of Denmark, and despite its modest size, the area offers steep slopes, low meadows, happy little hills and warm hollows, wide views and cozy villages.



A short distance from Granlygård you'll find Sletterhage Lighthouse, Mols Bjerge National Park, Fregatten Jylland, Kalø Castle Ruins, Ree Park and Ebeltoft with many cultural experiences.
