The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. And the cabin is okay.
We think it’s a bit overhyped. The first photo shows a cabin standing all by itself. There are cabins like that in the area, but this isn’t one of them.
There’s a 1970s-style water system in the kitchen that’s worth mentioning. We can see that a modern faucet has been purchased but not installed.
AND being without water and a toilet for an entire day should warrant some compensation. We woke up to a full septic tank, and it wasn’t emptied until eight hours later. We had booked the cabin in the mountains specifically to enjoy that, and had no other option but to go into town and spend the whole day there.
The wrong code for the key box upon arrival, no corkscrew, no microwave, and apologies from the host.
We thought Landfolk was exceptional, but this doesn’t live up to our expectations.
