Close to Røsnæs, you can take a summer cottage trip in this architect-designed house from EBK, where the classic and minimalist decor invites you to relax. Make yourself comfortable in the cottage's alcove where you can enjoy the view of Sejerøbugten Bay. In the garden, you'll have plenty of space to play sports and games as there's plenty of room to run around.



As you enter the cottage, you'll be greeted by the calm atmosphere created by the light wooden beams. There are beautiful paintings around the cottage, painted by the host's mother, which give the cottage a personal atmosphere.



On the terrace of the cottage, you can gather for cozy barbecues while looking out to the birch trees in the garden and the blue sea on the horizon. As the day draws to a close and the chilly night hours creep closer, find a good spot on the sofas and let the living room's wood-burning stove warm you.

The location of the property and the house is fantastic. Thanks to the absolutely peaceful surroundings, your vacation and relaxation begin the very moment you arrive. The house is 100% as shown in the pictures. Simply wonderful. The kitchen amenities could be a bit more extensive for a passionate cook like me, but necessity is the mother of invention.

★★★★★ A beautiful summer house with a very special charm We had a wonderful and very relaxing time at Morten and Helene’s summer house. The house is architecturally stunning, yet by no means cold—on the contrary: it’s very cozy, incredibly well-designed, and furnished with great attention to detail. We were particularly thrilled by the stunning view of the Baltic Sea. The beach is just a few steps away from the house. It’s mostly rocky, but the water is crystal clear and the coastline is beautifully unspoiled. The property itself is also a highlight: plenty of space, peace, and privacy, plus numerous opportunities to spend time outdoors—for example, around a campfire. The location is wonderfully quiet, and you really feel like you’re in the middle of nature. It was a special experience for us to even spot a porpoise very close to the shore. The kitchen is superbly equipped. In addition to the usual cooking utensils, basic items like oil, spices, sugar, flour, etc., were also provided—which is especially nice in a vacation home and makes settling in much easier. Communication with Morten and Helene was always straightforward, friendly, and prompt. Whenever we had questions or concerns, both were very easy to reach and helpful. We—and our children—really enjoyed our vacation at the summer house. We’d come back anytime if the opportunity arises, and we can recommend the house to anyone looking for peace and quiet, nature, ocean views, and a unique architectural home away from home. Many thanks to Morten and Helene for this wonderful time!
