Architect-designed house with deck on peninsula

Welcome to an architect-designed vacation home with large glass walls that blur the lines between indoors and outdoors. Here, up to 8 people can stay comfortably in modern rooms, and the large 120-square-meter wooden deck wraps around the entire house. You’ll be staying close to the sea, which is just 200–250 meters away.



The house has two floors, allowing you to separate the living areas. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 8–10 people, and a cozy sofa group. The upper floor has a large living room perfect for play and relaxation. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere and warmth, complemented by an air-to-air heat pump and underfloor heating in the entryway and wet areas.



The wooden deck offers sun and shade on four sides of the house, complete with outdoor furniture, hammocks, and a semi-recessed bathtub for relaxing moments. The property is low-maintenance, featuring trees, shrubs, and large blackberry bushes. An outdoor ping-pong table and a bocce court are located 50–100 meters from the house, and a small playground with swings is within the area.



You’ll be staying on a scenic peninsula with varied landscapes. The nearest beach is 350 meters away, and several lovely swimming spots are within walking distance. Explore the nature reserve to the south or hiking trails through pine forests to the north toward the fishing village of Djupekås. Take the ferry to the island of Hanö for a day trip, visit Karlshamn and Karlskrona, or discover Österlen and Lake Ivösjön. A golf course, the Sweden Rock Festival, and Mjällby’s soccer stadium are nearby.
