The large corner living room is divided into three zones with a spacious sofa area with a view of the sky through skylights, a cozy TV corner, and a dining area for four people. The two bedrooms have high ceilings and plenty of closet space, with the master bedroom offering light from three sides and access to a private terrace.





The 2,500 square meter natural grounds provide plenty of space for outdoor activities such as badminton, while the central courtyard serves as the focal point of the house. Bamboo furniture and beach finds create a special atmosphere both inside and out.





The area offers a wealth of experiences, from the festival-like Lillero by Høve Forest to gourmet experiences at Dragsholm Castle. Take the children to Sommerland Sjælland, just 10 km from the house, or go shopping in Nykøbing Sjælland, visit the local fishing ports in Rørvig and Odden, or explore the many art galleries in the area. Practical shopping can be done just 500 meters from the house.
