With a ceiling height of 6.5 meters and a mix of old and new, the house creates a special atmosphere.



The house is divided into several parts, with the residential part comprising three floors with newly renovated facilities such as kitchen and bathroom. The rustic solid wood kitchen is complemented by a fireplace, and the preserved details add to the charm of the house. Bedrooms are located on both the second and third floors, where there is also a toilet.



Outside, you can enjoy a large slate terrace and a well-kept lawn, perfect for relaxing or socializing. The terrace surrounds the house and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding nature.



The area around the house is rich in activities and nature experiences. Within walking distance is Lake Sommen, known for its clear fresh water and excellent swimming bays. In winter, Asby Alpina is a popular destination for skiers. For nature lovers, there are ample opportunities for hiking and mushroom picking in nearby forests.
