Location and view are beautiful. Unit needs some love. Open lanai was not as pictured. Hurricane windows, although very nice, enclosed the space with no screens so we could not enjoy the ocean sounds and smells, very disappointing as this was why we paid top dollar for a beachfront unit. The couch needs replacing as the lounge end sinks terribly when attempting to sit there. One of the chairs by the table has a broken leg ( attempted repair failing and dangerous). The mattress pad needs replacing as there is no pad left. The top sheet was curiously placed with the tag end by the pillow. When we reversed it, we found the top end disfigured (melted?), so they obviously put that by the foot end instead of replacing. No blankets, just a bedspread. Towel bar in bathroom missing, just holes and patch job. Contacted the owner and they quickly sent maintenance. Maintenance stated that they did the patch job then showed us the new towel bar (in the closet) saying it was the owner’s responsibility to have it hung. Would have been nice to hang the wet towels. Lots of dust on pretty shelving. Very disappointing honeymoon experience.

Great spot. Friendly staff on check in and out. Wished the weather would have cooperated but it was a beautiful unit.

The towel racks in the bathroom were unusable or had been partially repaired with visible holes in the wall. Also the bathroom lights above the mirror blew out and were never repaired during our stay. We tried using the dishwasher but it wouldn’t run properly (soap was never dissolved).

The condo was great. The location and views were 10/10. We had a lot of beach time and so easy to go back and fourth when it is literally steps to the sand. Any interaction with staff of Palm Bay was helpful and pleasant. We would definitely go back.

As always Siesta Key did not disappoint. The view from our room was great, and access to the beach was easy. The room was perfect for me and my wife!! I will definitely go back again!!

We had the best stay here! The view was spectacular and impossible to escape, whether you were in the bedroom, living room or lanai. The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. We loved the resort too. Perfect spot in siesta key, only a short drive from the village. It was so nice that the resort staff bring your beach chairs closer to the water for you. We loved our stay!

We had an amazing view of the beach. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved the pool by the channel and hot tub! The staff on the beach were also amazing and we loved our condo!

Ideal location. Amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit is exactly as described. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable King size bed. Check-in check-out was very simple. Would absolutely stay here again.

Rest and Relaxation

Everything about this unit was perfect! The sunset views are spectacular and the units amenities were excellent. The king size bed was very comfortable the linens were good quality and soft. The kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend this unit. The resort is well maintained and has high quality pools, exercise equipment and the beach is top notch. The beach crew are hard at work all day to make your stay everything you need. Lastly we loved that the guests are encouraged to be respectful of others. We enjoyed the beach without loud music (nothing worse than someone playing music, not to your taste, at high decibels). This was our perfect restful vacation, and we hope to return again.

Great Beach front Condo

Great Condo on the beach! Quiet, clean, comfortable, and well furnished! Love how Palm Bay Beach Club keeps the beach private to guests only! Clean pools and Hot Tub. Second time renting this unit and wiil be planning another trip! Thank you!
