Welcome to One Thibault 1609, a chic and modern studio apartment in the City Centre of Cape Town, South Africa. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to two guests, perfect for the solo traveller or a pair of travellers.
Upon entering, guests will be welcomed by a warm and cozy ambience bathing the space. The kitchenette comes equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable self-catering stay and includes a stove top, small refrigerator, kettle, toaster, microwave and a coffee machine along with the necessary cutlery and crockery. There is a small table, seating two guests where you can sit and enjoy all your food and drinks or it can be used as a dedicated workspace for those needing to work or study while travelling.
Snuggle up and get comfy in the queen size bed where you can admire the mountain and city views from the window alongside or watch your favourite TV shows on the wall mounted flat screen TV in front of the bed. The well-maintained bathroom includes a toilet, shower and basin with a vanity. Crisp linen and fresh towels will be included with your stay.
The apartment building conveniently offers on site facilities including a restaurant, shared swimming pool, cafeteria, front desk service, gym, and laundry facilities. Centrally located, guests will be within a short distance away from the Cape Town Convention Centre, The V&A Waterfront and endless restaurants. Other nearby attractions include the iconic Table Mountain Cable Way, World of Birds, hiking trails, markets, art galleries and museums. You will not be disappointed when booking a stay at this lovely apartment.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. There is paid parking available; however, this is subject to availability. If the parking is full, nearby parking is available at Thibault Square Parking, which offers hourly and overnight rates. Should that parking also be full, street parking is available. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at One Thibault, Hans Strijdom Ave, Cape Town City Centre, Cape Town, 8000.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
