A great beach side getaway

Loved the spaciousness interior. Bed was very comfortable which is often not the case in rentals/hotels in my experience. Especially liked the screened in porch. Had breakfast each morning with the company of the birds outside and left the patio door open most of the time for the fresh breeze to come though. Will stay again if I have the chance!

The staff are excellent and nothing beats Siesta Key for sand, surf and sunsets

Palm Bay Club condo rental

We enjoyed our stay at the Palm Bay Club and the unit was very clean and nice. The TV was not user-friendly but we made do.The only problem was the elevator not working when we were leaving so we had to carry heavy suitcases down the stairs.

Though the kitchen appeared to be well-equipped, we didn’t use it much as we ate out almost every meal at the various restaurants on the key (a sandwich at Anna’s is a MUST!!) The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of storage space in the bedroom. There was The pool and beach were both beautiful. We’ll be back!!

The only problem we had was the trash chute for the 2nd floor was right beside the door to enter the condo. Unfortunately, trash was piled inside and surrounded by gnats which made their way into the condo. Management was made aware and took care of the trash issue but the gnats still lingered. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice 1 bedroom. Short walk to the beach.

Pool area and condo were clean. Pickle ball courts were a plus. Security guys were friendly. No cable, as listed. The cable cord did not reach the tv. Patio door lock was broken. Overall, a great stay.

We’ve been vacationing at SK for many years and although this year’s trip was 1 week after the reopening after 2 back-to-back hurricanes, it did not disappoint! The staff at Palm Bay obviously had worked very hard to get the property cleaned & repaired and the beach was just as fun & beautiful as always. Unit 172 Is our favorite. Nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped.

Nice Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Palm Bay was nice. It is a gated community which is great for feeling safe. There is no maid service, but that is perfectly fine, I prefer to keep my own unit clean. However, I do feel they should supply some cleaning products to be able to keep the unit clean, it should not be my responsibility to buy cleaning products for their property. Our unit #172 was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only real issue was the water pressure, it was tough. I realize a lot of rental units use water savers, but if it takes 45 minutes, instead of 15 minutes to shower and wash your hair, that’s frustrating, and in my opinion that doesn’t save water. The beach is very large and nice, however, it was too long of a walk for us. After getting to the beach, you still have quite long distance to the water. Palm Bay does supply beach loungers, but they are first come, first serve. We did rent the beach chairs and umbrella for the week from the Company servicing the area which was a necessity for us, especially the umbrella for keeping a bit cool. We reserved our items online for the week, and they setup your reserved chairs in the area you prefer, so they are there when you need them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice apartment (but no working lift was a hassle)

Reviewer Comments: On our fourth visit to Palm Bay we had our usual high expectations BUT (see below).....this apartment 172 was very nice, clean & with an excellent kitchen. No complaints about the apartment but the failure of Management to advise us prospective renters that in mid-late Jan 2024 the [absolutely adjacent] lift would be out-of-action for weeks was a considerable irritation. My wife’s bad knee meant frequent journeys up/down stairs were ‘awkward’, painful & disappointing....the (very nice) lift-repairmen were bashing & drilling & thumping one yard from the apartment = unpleasantly noisy ! Horrid, actually. Despite me trying to negotiate with France (Manager) a considerable degree of ‘inflexibility’ emerged....how are we foreigners (having booked in Jan 2023 !) expected to ‘check the website’ throughout the whole year for ‘updates’ as to lift-repair-progress ??!! A paltry $$ (= not enough) compensation from Management was offered = we shall NOT be returning to Palm Bay next year....sad & all avoidable....

Fantastic choice!

Had an excellent stay at this location. The trolly offers a hands-off option to get into town, the beach was prestine, the unit was clean, and the amenities (pool/gym) were great. The only reason we didnt give it 5 stars was due to the window being stuck open in the bedroom, and the absense of a few kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, and wine openers. Overall, a great place to stay at!

Our Happy Place with a surprise

Reviewer Comments: This was our thrir year renting this property. We love it. Only complaint is we were charged a cleaning fee we did not authorize. We knew of the new cleaning fee, but it was not included in the fianl contract payment schedule and they just took the additional money from my account without authorization. Would have cancelled reservation, but it was too late to change and not lose money. We hope to return even with this issue, but management would not offer any solution but a cancellation.

Great Place at Siesta Key

The only time we had complaints was when we booked through Travelocity. After that we always booked directly through the Palm Bay website with no problems. You can see exactly what the condo looks like, room by room, and see their availability and price. Love the short distance to the beach too. Can’t wait to come again next year!

Umbrellas, etc are available for rent thru an outside company. Unit was very quiet and private, bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had a nice assortment of dishes and supplies. Only complaint that I have is that the cleaning fees were not included in the pricing on VRBO (and I didn't notice). So consider that if you are comparing rental prices.

Great Accommodations in Siesta Key

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was exactly as described. It was neat and clean with all listed supplies included. We were able to cook our meals every day (the kitchen had every utensil needed). Trader Joe’s and Publix are a short drive in one direction, with Siesta Village in the other direction. Accessibility to the beach was a huge selling point, as well as the pool. I appreciated not having to pack beach towels, as they were available in the condo. I walked on the beach every day and had breakfast on the screened balcony. Staff members were helpful and friendly, answering any questions I had. Parking was always available near our unit. I would stay here again without question.

When I get there , it feels so comfortable and like Home. Even the Cabana people greet me by name and put my Cabana in my favorite place every day. The Palm Bay Club is a true GEM
