Smoking/vaping: Strictly no smoking indoors. A £1000 charge applies to cover deep cleaning and damage if evidence is found.



Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.



Quiet hours: This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
